For agencies and freelancers

Monitoring for the sites you look after for clients

The hard part of looking after client sites is not one site going down. It is thirty sites on six platforms, and hearing about it from the client. UptimeWarrior checks each of them from outside (uptime, the certificate, the domain, the links and the tags) and bills per site, with no charge for the people who log in.

Any stack, no plugin

WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or a custom app: we request the address, so nothing is installed per site.

Priced per site

No bundles to outgrow and no seats. A paid plan bills the most sites checked at once during the month.

Each client kept apart

Group sites by client for their own status page, report and alerts, on Agency.

01 / what goes wrong

What gets caught, and how you hear about it

01

A site stops answering

Checked 15 min on Free; 60s on Pro and Agency. A failure is asked again 30 seconds later, and only a second one alerts you, with an all-clear when it is back.

02

A certificate lapses

Read hourly, with a reminder at 14, 7, 3 and 1 days left.

03 Pro and up

A domain renewal is missed

The registry's renewal date, with a reminder at 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 days left.

04

A page links to something gone

Up to 50 links on the page you monitor, followed on a schedule. Listed on the dashboard, not alerted.

05

A redesign drops the meta description

Title, description, social image, viewport and charset, read from the page. Listed on the dashboard, not alerted.

06

A client asks how their site is doing

A status page to send them, and a weekly PDF on Pro and up.

02 / clients

What leaves the building

A report naming every site on your account names every client you work for, so it is not something to forward. Group a client's sites under their name on Agency and what they see follows the grouping: a status page covering everything they have, a weekly PDF to their own address, and alerts to a channel that hears about their outages and nobody else's.

On Agency, the status pages and reports carry your logo and colour instead of ours, and the report email goes out under your name. The status page itself stays on our domain; there is no custom domain.

Inside the studio, invite colleagues as admin or read-only on Pro and up. Nobody is charged for a login.

Status pages and client reports have pages of their own.

03 / cost

What a portfolio costs a month

The same figures as the pricing page. An eleventh site adds one site to the bill.

Sites Pro Agency
1 €12.00 €29.00
5 €15.00 €29.00
11 €33.00 €35.00
25 €75.00 €77.00
50 €137.50 €133.25

Every month, excl. VAT. How the bill is put together.

questions

Questions

Does it work with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow and custom sites?

Yes. Every check is a request to the public address, so the platform behind it makes no difference and there is no plugin to install per site.

A site that blocks automated requests has to let ours through; the page about our bot says what it requests and how to recognise it.

Can one client see another client's sites?

Not if you group their sites under their name, on Agency. Each client then gets a status page, a weekly report and alerts covering only their own sites.

The account-wide report names every site on the account, so it goes to you and is not one to forward.

Do colleagues need their own paid seats?

No. There is no charge per seat; team access is on Pro and up, and each colleague is invited as admin or read-only.

What happens during a planned migration or deploy?

Add a maintenance window of up to 7 days. Checks still run and are recorded, but nobody is alerted, and the status page says planned maintenance instead of reporting the site as down.

For anything longer, pause the site. A paused site still counts towards the month it was paused in.

What does a portfolio of sites cost?

Pro is €12 a month for its first 4 sites, then €3.00 a site and €2.50 a site from site 26; and Agency is €29 a month for its first 9 sites, then €3.00 a site, €2.25 a site from site 26 and €1.85 a site from site 76. Prices are excl. VAT.

The bill is the most sites checked at once during the month, so an eleventh site costs one site more, not a bigger bundle.
