Status pages

A status page to send instead of the email

When a client asks whether their site is down, the answer is a link. Each site you monitor can have a public page showing whether it is up now, the last seven days of checks, and when its certificate runs out. The page is kept current by the same checks that alert you.

Every plan

Switched on per site, for the sites you choose.

Your address, our host

You pick the address. The page is hosted on our domain; there is no custom domain.

Your logo

On Agency, your logo and colour instead of our mark.

What a client sees

01

Up, down or planned work

The latest reading in words, not a colour alone. A failure the re-check contradicted is not shown as down, and a maintenance window reads as planned maintenance.

02

The last seven days

Uptime over the week as a percentage, and the checks behind it as a trace.

03

Certificate and domain

The date the certificate runs out and the days left; the domain's too, on Pro and up.

04 Agency and up

One page per client

Every site a client has, on one page, with sites added to them later included automatically.

05 Agency and up

Your logo and colour

Instead of our mark and our sign-up link.

06

In their own light or dark

The page follows the visitor's system theme, and its times are in your account's time zone.

A status page goes offline while an account has no active subscription, and comes back when it does.

questions

Questions

Can I put the status page on my own domain?

No. You choose the address on our domain, and there is no custom domain on any plan.

Can I show my own logo instead of yours?

On Agency, yes: the page carries your logo and colour, and our mark and sign-up link come off it. On other plans it carries our mark.

Can a client have one page for all their sites?

On Agency, yes. Group the client's sites under their name and switch their page on; a site added to that client later appears without any change.

What does the page show during planned work?

Planned maintenance, with the reason and when it ends, instead of reporting the site as down. A paused site says monitoring is paused.

Does a status page cost extra?

No. Status pages are on every plan, including Free, with no charge per page.
