Pay for eleven sites, not twenty-five
There are no buckets here, and no blocks of twenty-five to grow into. A paid plan's monthly minimum covers its first few sites whether you fill them or not; above that, you pay for the most sites being checked at once during the month.
| Sites you monitor | Pro | Agency |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | €12.00 | €29.00 |
| 5 | €15.00 | €29.00 |
| 11 | €33.00 | €35.00 |
| 25 | €75.00 | €77.00 |
| 50 | €137.50 | €133.25 |
Every month, excl. VAT. The eleven-site row is the one worth looking at: on plans sold in blocks of twenty-five, eleven sites costs the same as twenty-five.

Free covers up to 3 sites for nothing, with no card.
You are billed for the highest number of active sites during a billing period. Pausing or removing a site therefore does not reduce the invoice for the period you are in, because that peak has already been counted; it takes effect from the period after it. A site added part-way through a period counts for that whole period. Each paid plan's monthly minimum covers its first few sites whether or not you have that many, and each site above them is charged on top.
01 / plans
The three plans
The plan sets how often we look, how far back you can see, and whether the product knows your clients apart. What we look at is much the same on all three.
Free
Three of your own sites, checked every quarter of an hour — with the dead links and missing meta tags nobody goes looking for, and a status page.
No card. It keeps running while somebody signs in. Move up whenever you want a 4th site.

You get status pages on every plan. You choose the address; we host them, so it is on our domain. There is no custom domain, and you cannot point your own at it.
Status pages, the weekly PDF and alerts carry our name as standard. Your logo, not ours replaces it with your logo and your colour, and the report email goes out under your name.
Without per-client, the weekly PDF names every site on the account. That means it names every client you work for, and it is not a document you can forward to one of them.
Free keeps running for as long as somebody signs in. After 60 days without a visit we email the account; at 74 days its monitoring pauses, and signing in starts it again; at 180 days we ask for the account to be deleted, and it is erased 30 days after that unless somebody signs in first.
02 / how a bill adds up
Billing, in more detail
Do I need a card to start?
Not on Free. 3 sites and no card.
Free keeps running for as long as somebody signs in. After 60 days without a visit we email the account; at 74 days its monitoring pauses, and signing in starts it again; at 180 days we ask for the account to be deleted, and it is erased 30 days after that unless somebody signs in first.
On a paid plan, yes. Nothing is charged for the first 14 days, and nothing at all if you cancel inside them, but the card goes on the account at sign-up.
What exactly am I billed for?
On a paid plan, the most sites we are checking at once during the month, rather than a bundle you chose in advance. A site counts as soon as it is added or resumed, so one added and removed on the same day is still in the count.
You are billed for the highest number of active sites during a billing period. Pausing or removing a site therefore does not reduce the invoice for the period you are in, because that peak has already been counted; it takes effect from the period after it. A site added part-way through a period counts for that whole period.
There is a floor under that. Every paid plan has a monthly minimum that covers its first few sites whether you use them or not: €12 on Pro covers 4 sites and €29 on Agency covers 9 sites. Any sites above that number are charged per site on top of it. All prices are excl. VAT.
Why is there a monthly minimum?
Card processing takes a fixed fee off every invoice, and on a €2 invoice that fee is most of what is left. The minimum is not a penalty for being small: it buys sites outright, and you only pay per site above them.
Does the rate drop as I add sites?
On Pro and Agency. The lower rate applies to the sites above the break, not to the ones below it, so crossing a break never makes the bill jump.
Can I change plan?
Whenever you like, from the billing page. It moves the subscription you already have; you never end up paying for two.
Moving up takes effect immediately, and the period you are in is invoiced at the new plan's rates, because the sites you monitor are metered across the whole period and a change is not split part-way through it. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you can call it off any time before it happens.
Do I have to install anything?
No. There is no script to put in your page, no agent for your server and no DNS change. You give us a URL, and the checking is all on our side.
How often each check runs on each plan is on the front page.
Try it on one client site
3 sites free with no card, for as long as somebody signs in, or 14 days of a paid plan, then whatever the sites you kept add up to.
